Competitive Gymnastics offers gymnasts age 5+ the opportunity to train in a women's artistic gymnastics competitive environment, which includes further developing their gymnastics skills, learning X-cel routines and participating in local gymnastics competitions. This program focuses on building strong skill foundations, strength, flexibility, and confidence.

All programs are coached by our Competitive Director, and two-time Olympian, Wajdi, who brings extensive coaching experience to every level of our gymnastics teams.
